By accepting this contract, the consumer and/or user (hereinafter client) accepts the following: 1. That he/she has read, understands and accepts without reservation each and every one of the points of the present general conditions. 3. Without prejudice to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the Customer is subject without reservation to compliance with the rules set out in the Legal Notice of the Site. PEPA&KEMBA CO S.L. does not process data relating to minors. PEPA&KEMBA CO S.L. only sells to persons of legal age in accordance with Spanish law (article 315 of the Civil Code). These conditions shall be valid for an indefinite period of time and shall be applicable to all contracts made through the studentsinsurance.es website. PEPA&KEMBA CO S.L. reserves the right to modify the contractual offer, consisting of these general terms and conditions and the list of products and their prices, at any time, although such modifications shall not be made to contracts already entered into by the consumer and/or user. On the other hand, the customer, registered on the website and whose purpose is to be a consumer and/or user of the website and/or to contract the products or services of PEPAKEMBA CO S.L..

Customer liability The customer is obliged to make lawful use of the website and the services provided therein, respecting current legislation and refraining from harming the rights and interests of third parties and of PEPAKEMBA CO S.L.. The customer is responsible for the veracity of the data provided to PEPA&KEMBA CO S.L., and is therefore liable for the consequences that may arise from providing false or erroneous data on this website. The customer must respect and accept the general contracting conditions and the legal and privacy notices established on this website. Failure to comply with the above may result in the withdrawal or cancellation of the services by PEPAKEMBA CO S.L. without prior notice and without the right to any compensation, as well as the initiation of legal action to which PEPAKEMBA CO S.L. is entitled to take. Responsibility of the seller PEPAKEMBA CO S.L. undertakes to respect the obligations established in these general terms and conditions of contract. Technical means to correct errors In the event that the consumer and user should detect that an error has occurred when entering their personal data during their registration as a user of this website, they may correct errors by contacting the customer service department by telephone: (+34) 868 08 00 90 or by e-mail hello@studentsinsurance.es. At any time before the purchase is finally confirmed, the customer can go back or leave the site and the order will not be fulfilled. You can also cancel items in an order by removing them from the shopping basket before confirming your order. Price and validity period of the products The customer accepts that the economic valuation of some of the products/services may vary in real time. As a result, the price to be applied will be that in force on the date the order is placed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this final price will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the customer proceeds to formalise his acceptance of the purchase. The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) and in all cases shall be expressed in Euro currency (€). VAT rates may vary depending on the country of destination and the nature of the goods ordered. The customer will be able to check and calculate the total price of the product with the exact breakdowns before proceeding to formalize the payment in the purchase process of the web. Invoicing All payments made to PEPAKEMBA CO S.L. will entail the issuance of an electronic invoice in the name of the customer who has proceeded to purchase a product. This invoice will be automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer during the purchase process. By accepting these general terms and conditions, the customer expressly consents to the invoice being sent electronically. Notwithstanding the above, you may revoke this consent at any time by sending an email to PEPAKEMBA CO S.L. to the address mlrospina@tuasesorasisa.es, stating ‘paper invoice’ in the subject line and indicating your wish to receive the invoice in this format. Payment methods PEPAKEMBA CO S.L. has the following payment methods:

The website PEPAKEMBA CO S.L. is responsible for the transactions that the buyer carries out on studentsinsurance.es, guaranteeing the security of each transaction by means of the SSL protocol.
Cancellations If, once the purchase has been made, you wish to cancel a purchase, cancellations will only be accepted if the Consulate refuses to grant you a visa to study in Spain. The cancellation must be made through the contact form available on the page “Cancel health insurance”, by email to the email address hello@studentsinsurance.es or by calling +34 868 08 00 90. In order to successfully cancel the service, the document issued by the Consulate refusing the visa must be sent to PEPA&KEMBA CO S.L.. Upon approval of the cancellation, the insurance premiums will be refunded, but not the handling fee.
